Crafted from durable AISI 304 stainless steel, it features a reinforced 3.2 mm thick top panel, a cast iron potholder, and a stainless steel wok ring for stability and efficiency. The unit includes a convenient cold-water faucet on the backsplash, easily accessible from the front panel, and an intelligent cooling system to keep the top panel cool during use. A built-in drawer beneath the burner collects grease and debris, simplifying cleaning and maintaining hygiene.
