Built from durable AISI 304 stainless steel, the wok features a slanted, 3.2 mm thick reinforced top panel with a heavy-duty, removable cast iron wok ring. The unit comes with a cold-water supply via a swivel faucet mounted on the backsplash, easily operated from the front panel. An intelligent deck cooling and cleaning system with spray nozzles ensures efficient cooling and hygiene, flushing food debris toward the drain channel at the front.
