This industrial mixer operates with a stationary stainless steel bowl and rotating spiral arm, delivering uniform mixing across substantial dough volumes. The fixed bowl configuration provides mechanical stability and reduces vibration during high-load operation.

Models are classified as JET/T for hydration above 55% and JET/TS reinforced versions for dough with lower liquid content. Dough capacity spans 60 kg to 300 kg depending on configuration, with spiral motor power ranging up to 10.3 kW in higher-capacity models. Bowl diameters extend up to 105 cm in larger units, accommodating high batch volumes.

In production plants in Riyadh and Jeddah, the mixer is positioned within centralized dough preparation areas, feeding automated dividing or molding systems. Dimensions such as 147x93x160 cm or 157x104x160 cm allow installation within organized KSA factory layouts.
