Granule Weigh Filler machine is designed specifically for packaging granular products. This efficient system consists of a bagging machine, weigher, platform stand, infeed elevator, and output conveyor. The standard machine utilizes laminate films to create high-quality pillow-type bags with a center seal. However, we offer options for making gusset bags, nitrogen flushing, and packing with PE films, among others, to cater to your specific needs.

For additional functionality, we recommend optional items such as a thermal barcode printer with strong adhesion printing and a specially designed, low-cost metal detector made in the UK. These additions ensure that the entire system is ready for HACCP audits and other quality control measures.

Our system achieves impressive working speeds, with the capability to package 1kg granule bags at a rate of 40-50 bags per minute, 2kg bags at 30-40 bags per minute, and 5kg bags at 20-25 bags per minute. The process requires minimal manual intervention, with only the raw material feeding required. The finished bags exhibit exceptional quality, on par with market-leading options.

Our machines are built to be robust, ensuring continuous running and enduring long working hours. Additionally, we offer on-demand Continuous Motion machines that can reach speeds of up to 120-150 bags per minute. We also provide bagging machines for quad seal bags (4-side seal) and vacuum brick-type bags, specially designed for coffee packaging. Furthermore, we are flexible in accommodating other variations as desired by our customers.

Dry snacks & mixes, pulses, rice, sugar, salt, seeds, popcorn, nuts, whole spice, potato/tortilla chips, dried fruits, confectionery, tea, coffee, and so on.
