Note:

Moulds are interchangeable until the size is within in the maximum mould size possible in the machine
Multiple trays in one mould cannot be used
Singlemould can be used for different height trays within 110mm if the length and width are same
After sealing, to get a good finish, the remaining film from all the 4 sides needs to be cut manually
To avoid this manual cutting, the film width can be adopted so that nothing much is remained at the two sides after sealing. For the remaining other two sides, two side cutter is provided in the machine. But once that placement of the cutter is fixed, it cannot be changed when a different size container is selected
The film material could be PE, PET, EHE, PVC etc. Usually composite material of PET/PE with low barrier are used for packing fruits and vegetables and use PET/EHE with high barrier for packing meat, cooked food, cheese, candy etc. Main criteria are that the property of the container and film should be such that it should be able to seal with heat
