PALOMAT® Flexomatic
Palomat Flexomatic is an automatic pallet stacker and de-stacker designed for stand-alone operation in warehouses, production units, and logistics facilities. It enables controlled handling of empty pallets without manual lifting, supporting safer and more organized pallet flow. The system handles 15 to 25 pallets per stack and supports pallet loads up to 800 kg, depending on configuration. It is well suited for industrial operations across Oman and regional supply networks.
In Omani facilities such as warehouses in Muscat or industrial zones in Sohar, the system is often used near packing lines, pallet storage areas, or dispatch zones. A local touch-panel allows operators to select stacking or de-stacking mode, while the automated cycle manages pallet positioning and alignment.
The equipment supports stack capacities of 15, 20, or 25 pallets, with lifting limits between 500 kg and 800 kg depending on pallet size. It accommodates common pallet dimensions used in regional trade. For wet or wash-down environments, a stainless-steel construction is available to support cleaning and corrosion resistance.

Frequently Asked Questions
In Oman, Flexomatic is commonly used in warehouses, production units, and port-related facilities to organize empty pallets. Locations such as Muscat and Sohar often use it near packing or dispatch areas to keep pallet handling structured and safe.
The system operates independently without conveyors or external automation. Pallets are handled at floor level using standard pallet trucks or forklifts, making it suitable for facilities where space or infrastructure limits prevent conveyor-based solutions.
Flexomatic stores pallets in vertical stacks of 15, 20, or 25 units. This buffering capacity allows it to absorb short-term fluctuations in pallet usage during shift changes or uneven production flow without manual rearrangement.
Yes. The controlled stacking mechanism helps maintain order in busy logistics areas where pallets return from loading or unloading operations. Its compact footprint is useful in port-adjacent facilities handling mixed cargo flows.
The system is designed for indoor industrial use. In Omani conditions, ensuring stable pneumatic air supply and routine cleaning helps maintain reliable sensor performance, particularly in environments exposed to dust or humidity.
Operators should monitor sensor alignment, pneumatic components, and mechanical guides. Regular inspections and adherence to basic maintenance schedules support consistent performance in Omani facilities running daily warehouse or production operations.
