The Gas Noodle Cooker features a powerful 16 kW burner and a 27-liter salt-resistant stainless steel tank, making it perfect for continuous, high-speed noodle preparation. The Electric Noodle Cooker, with a total load of 13.8 kW, offers precise temperature control with two independently controlled tanks, each with a 20-liter capacity.
