With a capacity for seven dim sum trays, the NGSB steamer is built for mass production. The slanted, reinforced top panel with a drain channel and removable strainer makes operation easy, while the deck cooling and cleaning system with spray nozzles ensures maximum hygiene and simplifies maintenance.
