This Bratt Pan features a square tank and an automatic tilting device with a column, specifically designed for wall placement—either as a standalone unit or as part of an array. Available in models ranging from 120 to 200 liters for the BRC series and 200 to 400 liters for the BRCXL series, it's an excellent choice for restaurants, as well as small to medium-sized cafeterias. For maritime applications on ships and ferries, the appliance comes equipped with floor anchoring systems. An automatic tilting version is available upon request. The versatile design, compact size, and energy-efficient operation make it ideal for food preparation in smaller kitchens.
