The Migraines of Bad Master Data
Messy Item Master
Your WMS is a digital paper weight because it doesn’t have accurate item data to work from. As a result, your pick, pack, and ship process is inefficient and losing money.
Best Guess Carton Selection
You struggle to pick carton sizes and calculate shipping costs because you can’t trust your item master data. You ship more air than product and lose money on excess void fill and dunnage.
Problematic Put Away
You don’t collect cube data at receipt of goods so you don’t know how to best store product. Warehouse space is tight, and your put away process is time consuming and flawed.
The Cubiscan 325 Can Help
Fool-proof & Fast Fulfillment
Your packers know which box to pick, how much void fill to use, and how to arrange products to pack orders efficiently. Why’s that matter? Faster fulfillment, consistently hitting production goals, and fewer operator mistakes.
Ship Product, Not Air
Lower your parcel shipping spend by reducing the cubic volume of your packages. Smaller packages cost less to ship. Why? Less corrugate, less packing material, and less fuel to move the same amount of goods. Not to mention, less space occupied on your carrier of choice.
Organize Your Warehouse
Collecting accurate item data in receiving lets you slot and organize your facility efficiently. Get item, inner pack, and master pack level product data for your WMS to use for slotting and put away.
How The Cubiscan 25 is Different
0.1 cm
Measurement Increment
400 Scans
Per 8-Hour Shift
Accurate & Repeatable
The Cubiscan 325 is the only dimensioning system available with a 1mm measurement increment. Ultrasonic and 3D camera technology can’t provide that level of accuracy. The more accurate your data, the more useful your WMS, ASRS, and other downstream technologies will be.
Dimension Apparel & Soft Goods
Shape-shifting items (textiles & soft goods) are tough to measure, even on a dimensioner. The Cubiscan 325 has “filter” and “compression” modes to make measuring apparel more accurate. Filter out polybags and get compressed apparel heights to calculate accurate article counts for packing and order fulfillment.
Product Cataloging
Take product photos of every item you measure. Store those photos with the product ID, dimensions, and weight. Product photos help pickers verify the items they pick, improving order accuracy and speeding up order fulfillment.

Data Integration Options
Qbit Cloud
All measurement data is stored in a cloud database you can access anytime, anywhere. That data can be pulled via rest API as often as you’d like to integrate with your WMS, OMS, ERP, etc.
Qbit DB
Measurement data is stored in a local or server database on the laptop next to your Cubiscan. The data can be exported as a text file, ODBC, or a push via rest API. Multiple instances of DB can all see the same data.
Typical Receiving Workflow
With a built-in scale, the Cubiscan 325 can be used to weigh and dimension items, inner packs, and case packs to update master data. Typical operation goes as follows...
Step 1: Scan The SKU Barcode
Scan the product ID or manually enter the barcode number to start the process. The product dimensions, weight, and photo (optional) will be tied to this barcode.
Step 2: The Dimensioning Stage
Place the item on the Cubiscan and capture dims with the auto-detect setting, or by manually triggering it.
Step 3: Data Collected & Transferred
Dims associated to the item are stored in Qbit Cloud or Qbit DB and can then be pushed to your WMS, ERP, or chosen endpoint.
Step 4: Slotting and Put Away
You’re now ready to slot product in your warehouse and to use the data for better picking, packing, and fulfillment.
