ECO Palletiser

The ECO Palletiser is an automatic low-level palletising system designed for consistent case and pack stacking at the end of production lines. It is commonly installed in warehouses, manufacturing plants, and distribution facilities handling packaged goods. The machine supports structured pallet build-up with controlled layer placement, reducing manual handling and improving workflow stability. Typical configurations manage pallet heights up to 1500 mm and layer weights up to 300 kg, making it suitable for medium-throughput operations across the UAE, GCC, and wider Middle East industrial environments.

The ECO Palletiser performs automatic layer-by-layer palletising using a sweep-type transfer mechanism. Incoming packs are aligned and grouped on the infeed conveyor, then mechanically pushed onto the pallet in predefined patterns. This approach suits stable, repeatable stacking where reliability and predictable output are required.

In UAE industrial setups such as food processing units in Dubai or distribution centres in Sharjah, the machine integrates smoothly with upstream conveyors and downstream stretch wrapping or hooding systems. The low-level design allows operators to access pallets easily while maintaining controlled movement during stacking.

The palletiser handles standard pallet formats such as 800×1200 mm and 1000×1200 mm, with working pallet heights around 1500 mm. Pick dimensions typically range from 300×200×200 mm to 600×400×400 mm, supporting cartons, shrink packs, and bundled products. With operating speeds reaching 15 packs per minute, the ECO Palletiser fits medium-capacity production lines where space efficiency and operational simplicity are priorities.

Frequently Asked Questions

In UAE warehouses and factories, the ECO Palletiser is commonly used for cartons, shrink-wrapped bundles, and multipack cases. It suits food products, FMCG goods, and packaged industrial items that require consistent layer stacking. Facilities in Dubai and Sharjah often use it where repeatable pallet patterns and stable load formation are required.

The ECO Palletiser is designed to integrate directly with upstream infeed conveyors and downstream wrapping or hooding systems. Products arrive aligned, are grouped into rows, and transferred mechanically onto pallets. This makes it suitable for UAE production lines where space efficiency and predictable material flow are critical.

Under normal operating conditions, the ECO Palletiser handles up to around 15 packs per minute, depending on pack size and stacking pattern. In UAE distribution environments, it is typically selected for medium-capacity lines where stable output is preferred over high-speed robotic palletising.

The machine includes safety guarding, controlled lift movement, and anti-fall protection for the vertical trolley. These features help reduce risks during pallet loading and layer transfer. Such safeguards are important in UAE facilities where operators work close to end-of-line equipment during pallet changes.

Routine maintenance mainly involves checking mechanical pushers, guides, and conveyor alignment. Lubrication of moving parts and periodic inspection of pneumatic components are also required. UAE operators typically manage daily checks at floor level without specialised tools or extended downtime.
