The Epsilon Tabletop Depositor provides controlled depositing for sponge mixtures, choux pastry, cupcake batter, and similar products used in bakery and food processing environments. Its travelling hopper system replaces conventional belt transport, allowing trays to be positioned directly under the depositing head from the front.
In production kitchens in Muscat and Sohar, where workspace is often limited, the unit requires less than one square metre of operating space and can pass through standard doorways for easier installation.
