Inspect More Freight, Make More Money

NMFC Changes

With the NMFC changes taking effect in mid-2025, moving freight without a pallet dimensioner is leaving money on the table. The class changes are intended to benefit shippers and carriers alike, but it’ll be hard to capitalize on those changes without a fast and LFT-certified way to calculate density. The best way to do that is by investing in pallet dimensioning.

A pallet dimensioner acts as a major assist to your W&R team. Dimensioners help them flag problematic freight so they can spend their time inspecting and correcting it, rather than looking for it. Pallet dimensioners allow you to dimension more freight and invoice correctly, increasing profitability and efficiency.

The Quality of Your Data Matters

We offer a carrier-specific dimensioning system that inspects high volumes of freight with half-inch accuracy. This dimensioner uses LiDAR sensors to measure freight, so it accurately detects protrusions, doesn’t struggle with reflective surfaces (i.e. black stretch wrap and dock sweat), and eliminates shadowing (sensor blind spots), all challenges for camera-based sensors.

It’s available in standard 245 cm, 335 cm, and 400 cm configurations and is LFT certified up to 610 cm in length, including in pause and go mode.
