TECNOFLUSS presents the Inline Filling Machines for Liquid, which come in multiple models to accommodate various product types. For acid products, the units are crafted from PVC, while for food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical items, they are constructed from stainless steel AISI316.

Each machine incorporates a specific dosing system based on the product's requirement. These include volumetric systems driven by pneumatic or brushless motors with a ball recycle screw, as well as easy-to-clean systems featuring a magnetic mass device. Notably, our filling systems offer quick, precise, and user-friendly operations.

Built to accommodate specific customer requirements, these machines are tailored based on output, product type, and container. Known for their flexibility, our units can process multiple container formats and can be equipped with loading and accumulation tables for added efficiency. Format changes can be implemented quickly and easily.

Depending on production needs, the filling unit can be configured with one, two, or four dosing nozzles. Volumetric brushless filling units – MR 6

The brushless volumetric filling units, specifically the MR-6 series, come in four fundamental models: MR-4, MR-6, MR-8, and MR-10. These units are capable of dosing various container sizes, ranging from as little as 10 ml to a substantial 5 liters.

Widely versatile, they find application across a range of food products such as sauces, honey, pastes, ketchup, mayonnaise, syrup, and edible oil. Additionally, they are also effective for the dispensing of creams, lotions, shampoos, cosmetics, and various chemicals.

These units are commonly utilized across the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, offering impressive outputs ranging from 2000 to 6000 pieces per hour. Dosing belts for bottles and jars – ND 2000

The ND 2000 series introduces dosing belts designed for the automatic dosing of a wide array of liquid, semi-liquid, or doughy products. These belts are constructed from stainless steel and come with either an acetal chain or an all-stainless-steel composition. The machine's motor is adjustable via a speed variator or an inverter for flexible operation.

The dosing station features pneumatic cylinders for container stopping, working in conjunction with a photocell for precise control. The VM model dosing machine is attached to a height-adjustable support, providing the flexibility to accommodate different product container sizes.

Controlled by a PLC, the electrical equipment ensures reliable operation. The user-friendly push-button panel offers ease of control for the entire system.
