Operational Challenges
Unreliable Item Master
You struggle to put away, pick carton sizes, and calculate shipping costs because you can’t trust your case master data, or worse, you don’t have any.
Dimensional Adjustments
Every month you’re getting slammed by carrier dimensional adjustments. Those adjustments eat away at profit and paint your department in a bad light.
Feeling the Squeeze
You don’t collect cube data at receipt of goods, and as a result, don’t know how to best store product. Warehouse space is tight, and you’re running out of room.
Solve Your Challenges With The Cubiscan 150

0.3 cm Accuracy on All Cases
The Cubiscan 150 uses ultrasonic sensors which provide more accurate case dimensions than 3D camera alternatives. Master data fed into your WMS, ERP, or OMS will direct downstream slotting, cartonization, and shipping decisions.

Declare Accurate Dims & Weight to UPS & FedEx
Eliminate carrier chargebacks by pushing length, width, height, and weight data directly to your shipping software. No more data entry errors that erode profit margins and make the shipping department look bad.

Control Your Warehouse Space
Accurate case dimensions speed up put away and guarantee efficient use of warehouse space. Cube data at receipt of goods is the first building block of efficient pick, pack, and order fulfillment.
How The Cubiscan 150 is Different From Other Dimensioners

Measurement Speed
Accurate & Repeatable
0.25 cm measurement increment on packages from8 cm - 122 cm in length. No 3D camera dimensioner can get that accurate. Accuracy matters when you’re relying on master data to guide and improve downstream operations.
Large Measurement & Weight Capacity
Most parcel dimensioners max out around 90 cm in length and 100 lbs, but not this one. It’s built to measure big and bulky cases just as accurately as tiny, petite ones. We’re firm believers that the size of your case shouldn’t limit the accuracy of your data.
Built Like a Tank
The Cubiscan 150 is built with industrial-grade materials. That matters when you’re operating in rough warehouse environments. This thing can take a beating and still provide the actionable data you need.

Measurement data is stored in a local or server database on the laptop next to your Cubiscan. The data can be exported as a text file, ODBC, or a push via rest API. Multiple instances of DB can all see the same data.
Qbit Xfer
Real-time dimensional data push into selected fields in your software window. Qbit Xfer is used for parcel shipping applications and has built-in integrations with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.
