The Struggle Is Real
Messy Item Master
You struggle to slot product, pick carton sizes, and calculate shipping costs because you can’t trust your case master data, or worse, you don’t have any.
Carrier Chargebacks
Your invoice and quote don’t match, and not in the good way. You eat chargeback costs because it’d ruin your customers’ experience to pass them along post-sale.
No More Space
You don’t collect cube data at receipt of goods, and as a result, don’t know how to best store product. Warehouse space is tight, and your put away process is time consuming and flawed.
The Cubiscan 100 Can Help

0.3 cm Accuracy on All Cases
The Cubiscan 100 uses ultrasonic sensors which provide more accurate case dimensions than 3D camera alternatives. Master data fed into your WMS, ERP, or OMS will direct downstream slotting, cartonization, and shipping decisions.

Push Package Data Directly to Your Shipping Software
Eliminate carrier chargebacks by pushing length, width, height, and weight data directly to your shipping software. No more data entry errors that erode profit margins and make the shipping department look bad.

Automate Storage & Retrieval
Accurate case dimensions speed up put away and guarantee efficient use of warehouse space. Cube data at receipt of goods also sets you up to scale with ASRS automation or robotic storage, retrieval, and picking technology.
Why Companies Still Use The Cubiscan 100 After 25+ Years

0.25 cm
Increment Accuracy
1-2 Sec.
Measurement Speed
Accurate & Repeatable
0.25 cm That’s the measurement increment of the Cubiscan 100. No 3D imaging dimensioner can get that accurate. Accuracy matters when you’re after reliable master data.
Bullet Proof
The first Cubiscan 100 was introduced in 1987, and several of these package dimensioners still see daily use after 25+ years. They can take a beating and still provide the data you need.
Certifications
The Cubiscan 100 is certified throughout the world. LFT (legal for trade), NTEP (United States), MC (Canada), OIML/MID (Europe), and NSC (Australia).

Data Integration Options
Qbit Cloud
All measurement data is stored in a cloud database you can access anytime, anywhere. That data can be pulled via rest API as often as you’d like to integrate with your WMS, OMS, ERP, etc.
Qbit DB
Measurement data is stored in a local or server database on the laptop next to your Cubiscan. The data can be exported as a text file, ODBC, or a push via rest API. Multiple instances of DB can all see the same data.
Qbit Xfer
Real-time dimensional data push into selected fields in your software window. Qbit Xfer is used for parcel shipping applications and has built-in integrations with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.
Typical Receiving & Shipping Workflow
With a built-in scale, the Cubiscan 100 can be used to dimension and weigh cases and inner packs to update master data. Typical operation goes as follows...

Step 1: Scan The Unique Identifier
To populate the unique identifier for the item within our Qbit software, you’ll scan the barcode, UPC number, or enter the number manually.

Step 2: The Dimensioning Stage
Place the item on the Cubiscan and capture dims with the auto-detect setting, or by manually triggering it.

Step 3: Data Collected & Transferred
Dims associated to the item are then passed to your WMS or endpoint with Qbit-DB or Qbit-Cloud.

Step 4: Slotting and Put Away
You’re now ready to store it within your warehouse or place a printed label on it and ship it to your end customer.
